Czech Post delivers your parcel within 24 hours throughout the Czech Republic, on the day of delivery you will be informed by a text message. On the day of the expedition you will receive a detailed e-mail with the package number and the date of delivery.
During delivery you can change the date and delivery method via www.ceskaposta.cz/zmenadispozice, where after entering the shipment number and contact phone you can change the disposition of your shipment.
The form offers you the option of delivery in the morning, deposit at the post office without attempting to deliver, deposit at another post office, or postpone the first delivery attempt for one business day

With guaranteed delivery time within 24 hours (weekdays) of the package shipment. When we send your package, you will receive a notification via SMS with the package number. In case of unsuccessful delivery of the package you will receive an email. The DPD driver will call you to clarify the time of delivery.

This service can be used by recipients if the shipment cannot be delivered on the first delivery attempt.
The courier leaves a notification with a new delivery date and information about how to redirect your shipment.
If the recipient wishes to change the delivery date or delivery address, it can be done on the aforementioned web portal and the shipment will be delivered the next day (or on the selected day) to the current or newly selected address.
Payment can be made by cash and by card.
